At Biuged, we are fully committed to meet and exceed your requirements in terms of service support. Our technical support team members not only have professional technical skills but also with good service attitudes. To ensure a smooth usage of your instruments, we provide the following service support:
1. Warranty
If any malfunction is caused by any defect in the materials and workmanship within one year from the date of shipment, the product can be repaired for free. Products were not produced by Biuged but sold by Biuged are also applied to this policy.
The following items will not be involved in the warranty:
1) Malfunction or damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, and storage; misuse, abuse, negligence or accidental user dam-age etc.
2) Product which has been reworked, disassembled, or repaired without authorization from Biuged.
3) The operating environment does not meet the standards, such as over-voltage, over current, lightning, high temperature, humidity, vibration, etc.
2.Technical support
2.1 Factory training & remote support
Biuged provide the customers with free training service in our factory. The traffic and accommodation charge will be on the customers account.
Also, Biuged provide free online technical support and trouble shooting, via e-mail, telephone or video call.
2.2 On site support
If customers need extra technical support on site, all traffic, accommodation charge and extra labor fee will be on the customers account.
3.Calibration
All instruments are calibrated by our metrology laboratory which is certificated by ILAC before shipping. Some instruments need to be recalibrated when replace parts or after a period of usage. For details, please refer to user manual.
We suggest customers calibrate instruments locally. If customers want Biuged to arrange calibration, all freight, tax, calibration cost and other related cost need to paid by customers.
4. Return policy
The returning goods must be well packed before returning. If a whole machine is returned, it must be packed in the original package, and brief description for returning reason must be sent together with returning instrument.
4.1 Brand new instruments return
Brand new means instruments in unused condition with original package and no physical damage ( exclude damages sustained during transportation ).
If the customer needs to return the brand new product due to their own reasons and Biuged accept return after negotiation, the instrument must be unused and well packed. Biuged may ask economic compensation depends on specific instrument. The return method and shipping agent must be agreed by Biuged, the freight and related cost will be covered by customer.
4.2 Return for repair
If need to return instruments for repair, the return method and shipping agent must be agreed by Biuged.
For any defect in the materials and workmanship, the consumer shall not be charged ( whether for parts or labour ) for the repair or replacement of a defective product during the warranty period. Biuged will share with customer the cost of transportation, customs duties.
All costs related to repair beyond the warranty period, will be covered by customer.
